Why Buy From Us?
Good question! Well firstly we are not a giant company, just a really small family business consisting of Mummy and her 3 Children. We work hard to find beautiful handmade jewellery from all around the world including here in the UK. We love to find unique designs and bring you the work of small independent designers and amazing artists. We also bring you beautiful limited edition pieces and even One Of A Kind pieces. Imagine owning that beautiful piece of jewellery that is unique to you only!
Our items are not sent out from third parties or drop shipping services. We like to make sure every piece leaves us in perfect condition and is well packaged so it reaches you in the same condition therefore we personally check every item before its journey to you. We also like to send you items from here in the UK so you don't need to deal with nasty surprises at customs when your package arrives as we have dealt with it for you. We make less of a profit so that we can give you a better price. So the price you pay at checkout is the only amount you will pay. (For UK customers only).
We hope to bring you excellent customer service and deal with your enquiries in a very family friendly manner. These are small things as customers ourselves that we have experienced and we hope that we are able to give you a very happy shopping experience!
Weddings
Brides, Bridesmaids, Flower Girls, Mother of the Bride or any one who needs more than 1 of the same item or different colour combinations of the same style, please get in touch with us at info@theeleganceedition.com. At the moment we stock only 2 or 3 of each jewellery piece. If you send us an email with items required and the date needed by we will try our best to get them to you before your special day. 💍
Please allow at least 4-6 weeks in advance although it could be sooner than this depending on the products in question. 🤗
Shipping
Standard UK Delivery - £4.75 (Free on orders of £50 or more)
Next Day UK Delivery - £9.00
Higher value items will be sent tracked or next day and will need to be signed for, These items will have this mentioned in their description and delivery will be free.
Standard UK Delivery:
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days after order confirmation. Delivery is sent via Royal Mail or equivalent and should arrive in 2-3 working days once items have been dispatched.
Next Day UK Delivery:
You must place your order before 12pm in order to qualify for Next Day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the next working day. Orders will be dispatched same day (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
International Shipping
For international orders please email us at info@theeleganceedition.com with items you would like to purchase with their SKU codes and we can send a shipping quote to you for your approval. We will try our best to find you the best delivery price available.
As a family we like to bring you the same experience as our UK customers and we hope that we are able to live up to your expectations. Unfortunately as we are not familiar with the customs laws in your country we are unable to guarantee whether there will be extra charges for your or not. This information should be available from the governing body in your country.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Payments can be made by credit or debit card or through Paypal. We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, Discover, JCB and many more. All our credit and debit card payments are processed through Stripe using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you will be totally happy with your items and do a happy dance like we do when we receive your order, but we understand that there are times that you may want to return items. For returns please get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt of your order by email at info@theeleganceedition.com so that we know to expect a return package.
We will process your refund to your original payment method minus the shipping costs within 24-48 hours of receiving items back.
Made to order items and for hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned or exchanged.
However in the event an item were to become damaged on the way please let us know as soon as possible within 48 hours so that we can fix the problem.
For damaged items we will replace your item or if we are not able to replace it we will issue you with a refund. 😄
Please can you wrap the items securely into their original packaging and make sure sure that they are unused, undamaged and in perfect condition. We recommend that you get proof of postage or insured/registered delivery when sending items back to us. We will not be able to issue a refund if items don’t make it back to us or become damaged on the way.

Cancellations
To cancel an order please email us at info@theeleganceedition.com within 24 hours. Once an item has been dispatched it will not be possible to cancel it anymore.
For made to order items please notify us within 48 hours as after this time we will be unable to cancel the order.
